We're not quite sure how much Stella actually consumed, but she tried solid food for the first time last night. She didn't really know what to do with the squash once it was in her mouth, but she seemed to really dig the feeling of mush on her fingers.

Chillin' Out with Grandma & Poppy

Stella enjoyed a lovely day with her Grandma and Poppy this weekend. After brunch, we all headed out for a walk in the chilly but beautiful winter sunshine. Thanks, Grandma and Poppy, for trekking up to the 'ham.

Bathing Buddies

Stella loves bath time. Apparently, so does Vinnie. Of course, Vinnie tends to scurry off when Stella goes into kicking-the-water-as fast-as-I-can mode.

Stell on Wheels

Stella absolutely loves her new walker contraption. She motors all over the house, tossing her beloved toys everywhere and chasing the cats.

She is also working on the art of sitting. As you can see, toppling is a cold, hard (and common) reality of life as a five month old, but she seems to take it all in stride.
